Both the headquarters and the production are based in Porto, Portugal.

What are DelightFULL sister brands?

DelightFULL is a part of a family of brands created to celebrate de best of Portuguese luxury design.
Boca do Lobo, Brabbu, Koket, Essential Home, Circu, Maison Valentina, Luxxu, Pullcast, Rug’ Society, Brabbu Contract e Coveted are all sister brands of DelightFULL. All these brands make Covet House the umbrella brand.


Do you have any exclusive representatives?
Yes, we have exclusive representatives in Canada (Lightform), USA (Demorais), Saudi Arabia (DAI), Spain (Ferrer Interiorismo and Uwish Furniture), Filipines (Living Innovations), Ukraine (Domio Home Interiors) and Taiwan (Faith Lighting and Art Co., LT).

What’s the lead time?
The lead time for products from the Heritage Collection is from 6 to 8 weeks. For pieces from the Graphic Collection or pieces with custom requests, the lead time is 10 to 12 weeks.

What’s the lead time for customized pieces?
For costume pieces, the lead time is 10 to 12 weeks.


Are the bulbs included?
Yes, the recommended bulbs are included in all the fixtures. However, the bulbs are not included for North America.

Are the fixture LEDS compatible?
Yes, all our bulbholders are compatible with LED bulbs, just haveto check which type it is (E14, E27, G9 and GU10).

What’s the maximum wattage?
Up to 100 watts (because the bulb holders are made in ceramic).


Do you made customized pieces?
Yes, we can customize any piece you want, from Heritage or Graphic Collection.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, we don’t.

Can I choose any RAL color?
Yes, if it is one of our standard colors. Otherwise, you will pay additionally 50 €.

Can I have different finishes?
Yes, our available finishes are polished brass, aged brass, chrome, copper plated, brushed nickel, nickel plated, gold plated or any RAL color in glossy or matte.


How can I get the pricelist?
You can get our pricelist here.

How are your payment conditions?
You can pay by bank transfer or exceptionally by credit card.

All prices are ex-VAT?
Only registered professionals inside EU don’t pay VAT.


Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
If you need to change your shipping address, you must pay a fee to change it.

Where can I find details on shipping information?

Can you provide shipment for us?
Yes, we find the best ways in market for you.

What if I would like to handle the shipment myself?
Yes, you can if you want to. However, the shipping company you choose must always have a Portuguese agent/ branch.

How do you proceed if the lamps arrive damaged to the final destination?
All the shipping costs include insurance of the lamps.


When it starts the production?
The production starts after the payment of the first part of the invoice.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After the payment, it will take 8 weeks for you to receive your order.

How will my order be delivered?
Depending on the shipping arrangement you choose, it can be delivered by road, air or sea.


Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, your information is only used for our company’s marketing tools.


Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.


Delightfull insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Delightfull and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
