Emerald Green has been gaining momentum for quite some time now. Ever since Greenery was announced as the color of the year we have been seeing it everywhere, and with it came many other shades and tones of green that look just great when mixed with Pantone’s Color of the Year. One of those shades is Emerald Green, which has been featured in many private home decors and many commercial projects, because it is just so trendy and sophisticated! Emerald green is definitely a statement color. It looks amazing when paired up with other golden shades, or even other types of green. It also looks beautiful with more cheery colors such as yellow and light blues, perfect for your Summer home decor. In the photo below there is an example of how you can successfully mix Emerald and Golden. A classic and sophisticated mix, right for a luxury home.
If you are not a big fan of statement colors on your walls, you can choose to use this trendy shade on your furniture. Either on your sofas, side tables or even your lamps, there is always room for a little more color, especially when the Summer is already knocking at our doors! Below you can see how stunning this color looks on mid-century furniture such as sofas and armchairs. We are obsessed with the ambience it automatically creates in a living area!
Another way to use Emerald is by applying it in your artwork. You can go for a more neutral home decor, and then take it all out on the artwork you decide to hang on your walls. At the moment, we are loving geometric paintings with different colors, but it is really up to you. Either way, we are sure it will look amazing.
Finally, you can go all out, and put up an Emerald Green entryway door. This will work especially well if your outside walls are more neutral, such as in the example given below. Add a small golden detail such as a door knocker and you’ve got yourself a winning porch decor!
