So, we already know you’re in town to attend Portugal Fashion, so that’s a go, but what else is there to see in between fashion shows? If you don’t know, don’t worry, we got you covered!
As Mary Quant used to say “The fashionable woman wears clothes. The clothes don’t wear her”, it’s time you do the same with this city! Don’t let the city win you over, conquer it in style and iff you got the nerves, then just have a glass of the marvelous Porto Wine and you’ll be chilled in 60 seconds!
If you’re a Harry Potter fan, then my dear Muggle, you’ll go bananas with the next touristic stop we have to show you! I promise I have not taken the picture below out of one of Harry Potter’s movies, but the one thing I tell you, this was where J.K. Rowling got her inspirations for the inside off Hogwarts! How cool is this, right? Our broom are waiting, let’s go!
If you’re arriving by train, you might as well do it in style, and there is no stylish train station than São Bento in Porto! Anna Wintour once said “If you can’t be better than your competition, just dress better” and we know your cities were probably founded under fascinating fashion vibes , but our city has the most amazing train station you’ll ever see! With the tiles decorating the walls and the amount of light entering the station, I’m sure a picture here will be worth of 300 likes on Instagram, at least!
Just because you’re going to a fashion event doesn’t mean you have to starve, am I right? You’ll still fit in that pretty dress, we swear on Chanel! So, where to go for lunch, you ask? Well, Casa de Chá da Boa Nova is a work of art from a super famous Portuguese architect, Siza Vieira, and besides being simply amazing it’s a 1 Michelin Star Restaurant where all the dishes were inspired by the sea!
And this is not even the best part! Since you’re almost inside the beach, I think you might be lucky enough to have the sea breeze to join you for lunch!

We elected as the best francesinha of all, the one from Yuko Tavern for being simply the best thing we have ever tasted! It’s like eating a spicy piece of Heaven!
“There’s no such thing as too much champagne” and you know what? We’ll allow it! If we’re looking for a way to your journey to Portugal Fashion even more dazzling, you have to have champanhe!
