Among so many remarkable projects<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, a special mountain getaway design<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, located in Engelberg, Switzerland, immediately caught our attention! No wonder why they nailed this residential project<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>\u201cHailing from the beautiful country of Switzerland, Eva had both a picturesque and an academically rigorous upbringing.\u201d<\/em>
Unfortunately, we\u2019ve been facing tough times, and we definitely need to bring extra calm, comfort and serenity to our house, that is why the team of Inspirations Blog selected this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reclaimed wood walls are the ultimate hallmark of rustic design, but in this space, the fireplace gives the room a decidedly modern edge<\/em><\/strong>. One great thing about rustic design<\/a><\/em><\/strong> is that mid-century modern pieces<\/a><\/em><\/strong> usually pair up perfectly. The fireplace is surrounded by a collection of mid-century furniture<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, and it makes it feel extra cozy and layered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forest wallpaper gives the space some depth and contrast. Last, but not least, one of the most important areas of the house for the past months: the office. Fur-like textures<\/a><\/em><\/strong> were the designers top choice for this space. The idea was to selected mid-century furniture<\/a><\/em><\/strong> in warm wood tones and dress up the room with fur textures<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. In home offices<\/em><\/strong>, one of the most important features is the lighting.<\/a><\/em><\/strong> It has to be suitable, and usually articulated so it\u2019s easy to redirect the light and keep us focused on work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
