You can leave the shoulder pads at home, but this season a cropped trouser is essential.<\/p>\n

Bohemian Evening<\/strong>: Heading out into the night just got a lot more romantic thanks to the likes ofValentino, Dries Van Noten, and Vera Wang. Even designer Joseph Altuzarra loosened up his signature curvilinear silhouette for a softer, diaphanous look<\/p>\n

Gingham:\u00a0<\/strong>Referenced on both sides of the pond, the gridlock pattern has a history that includes American barn dance and French bombshell\u00a0Brigitte Bardot<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0who famously wore the tablecloth fabric on her wedding day. This season gingham covered everything from Baja minidresses to mink fur coats.<\/p>\n

Illustration Now!<\/strong><\/a> is a selection of today\u2019s most successful and important illustrators from around the globe. \u00a0Includes artists such as Istvan Banyai, Gary Baseman, Seymour Chwast, Paul Davis, Brad Holland, Mirko Ili?, Anita Kunz, and Christoph Niemann.<\/p>\n

The Psychadelic Sex Book<\/strong><\/a> In a brief golden span between 1967 and 1972, the sexual revolution collided with recreational drug exploration to create \u201cpsychedelic sex.\u201d Acollection of men\u2019 magazines\u00a0sexy, silly reminders of peace, love, and pudenda.<\/p>\n

Fritz Kahn<\/a>m\u00a0<\/strong>was a German doctor, educator, popular science writer, and\u00a0information graphics pioneer<\/strong>\u00a0whose brilliant work has all but fallen into oblivion. Chased out of Germany by the Nazis, who banned and burned his books, Kahn emigrated to Palestine, then France, and finally the United States to continue his life\u2019s work. Though his achievements were numerous, the most notable was the development of creative visualizations to explain complex scientific ideas.<\/p>\n

Inventory<\/strong><\/a> \u00a0 There\u2019s a decent chance you\u2019ve heard of Inventory. Of all the mags on this list, it is perhaps the most well-known. We can\u2019t not include it, however, because it is one of our absolute favorites.<\/p>\n

You know you love this show more than sharks love blood! There always rumor around this series but the latest are that is set to release on Netflix on the next Spring!Until then you might wanna brush up on the latest political strategies manual.<\/p>\n

True Detective<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\"True-Detective-Title-Sequence-Image\"<\/a> The set of Detectives are a HBO hit. Or <\/a>at least were but HBO is calling up Colin Farrel and Vince Vaughn for the part hoping and praying they put some shade on Rusty.<\/p>\n

For the fans of this series the year of 2015 is going to be a long one as the series new season is only set to be released in December. Until there you have Netflix you can rewatch an rewatch and rewatch again.<\/p>\n

Just like any ground-breaking art movement that went against the grain, it took considerable time and endless promotion before a lasting impression would be made.<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0The Acropolis Museum,\u00a0Athens, Greece<\/strong> The stunning ground floor gallery<\/a>\u00a0houses finds from the slopes of the Acropolis. It\u2019s amazing transparent glass floor provides a walk over history, with a view of the archaeological excavation, while sloping upward to the Acropolis with sanctuaries of the Athenians from each historic period nearby. Smaller settlements have been excavated, yielding glimpses of Athenian life.<\/p>\n

5)\u00a0Le Louvre,\u00a0Paris, Franc<\/strong> The Louvre<\/a>\u00a0was a medieval fortress and the palace of the kings of France before becoming a museum two centuries ago. The addition of I. M. Pei\u2019s pyramid shocked many when it was unveiled in 1989 as the new main entrance, yet it somehow works, integrating the palace\u2019s disparate elements. The museum\u2019s collections, which range from antiquity to the first half of the 19th century, are among the most important in the world.
