3. Who are the subcontractors you\u2019ll be working with?<\/strong>
\nGet a list of everyone who will be involved in your home renovation, such as the carpenters, cabinet installers, painters, and flooring technicians. Like your contractor, all of them should be covered under worker\u2019s compensation laws and disability insurance.<\/p>\n
