Architect Robert AM Stern<\/strong><\/em> has designed this 14 story, 46 units residential building we\u2019re about to see in a very rare waterfront plot, overlooking the famous Hudson river. It\u2019s called 70 Vestry<\/strong>, it\u2019s expected to be finished in 2018\u00a0and it sure is a gorgeous example of how modern architecture<\/strong> is done.<\/p>\n
