Designed by Florence Lopez, the Paris loft has a 20th-century modernist design that features the most dazzling vintage furniture.<\/h2>\n

Specialized in top-drawer 20th-century modernist design, Florence Lopez<\/strong><\/em> is a Paris antiquaire\u00a0that has created one of the most beautiful interior design<\/strong><\/em> that represents her background in fine art. The Paris loft<\/strong><\/em> belongs to the model Natacha Senechal and family, who after visiting the designer\u2019s atelier she wanted to\u00a0gather\u00a0an eclectic mix of vintage furniture<\/strong><\/em> for her own place.<\/p>\n

One of the main features of the living room decor<\/strong><\/em> of this wonderful loft is, without doubt, the fireplace that was painted the same color as the walls. This was inspired in a Cubist mantel<\/strong> <\/em>of one of Lopez\u2019s showrooms. The armchair is a forties\u00a0Gio Ponti newly upholstered in a woven wool from Kvadrat.<\/p>\n\n \"product,black,amy,amytable,tablelamp\"<\/a>\n

A skylit corner of the rooms boasts a stained pine library desk<\/em><\/strong>, two sixties Italian armchair<\/strong><\/em>s, and a tree. However, our favorite pieces are the two mid-century table lamps<\/strong><\/em> that create a modern look with a mid-century inspiration.<\/p>\n

Lopez has also created a second, larger Albers-inspired Homage to the Square.\u00a0She describes his work as \u201cintemporal and fluid\u201d<\/em> and has told Remodelista<\/strong> that the\u00a0two murals \u201ccreate a mirror effect\u2014difficult to get across in photos but they make the space feel bigger, even endless like you could see your hand disappear inside these perspective paintings.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Edward Wormley sofa<\/strong><\/em> mixed with the set of fifties\u00a0freeform coffee tables<\/strong><\/em> provide a mid-century feeling to the space.<\/p>\n

On the dining room<\/strong><\/em>, the fifties swing arm sconce<\/strong><\/em> by French architect-designer Pierre Guariche creates a very contemporary feeling<\/strong><\/em> to the living space. A fifties two-toned\u00a0Arne Norell sideboard was one of the\u00a0first prized purchases for\u00a0the loft. The double lamp is a thirties bakelite design that we absolutely love!<\/p>\n

A bar opens\u00a0the living area to the kitchen, where we can found custom cabinets<\/em> <\/strong>and vintage bar stools.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n \"DL<\/a>\n

In the two-toned master bedroom<\/strong><\/em>, Lopez added a trompe-l\u2019oeil homage to Ben Nicholson,\u00a0an\u00a0articulated lamp<\/strong><\/em>, and wall sconces by Meljac of Paris.<\/p>\n

All in all, this Paris loft represents the perfect combination of vintage furniture<\/strong><\/em> and mid-century lighting<\/strong><\/em>, creating, therefore, a space with a unique design<\/strong><\/em> that marries everything that is artsy, sophisticated and refined.<\/p>\n
