It was early this year that Leoni Werle was at IMM Cologne<\/a> and that\u2019s the reason why she was nominated for the D3 Design Talents contest . Her ticket for the contest was the design<\/a> of Pilu floor and table lamps.<\/p>\n The German designer created a bell shaped lamp able to alternate between upright and inclined, due to its v-shaped solid oak base. A one-directional joint \u00a0attaches the bar to the bell shaped spun, making sure the light points down, whatever position you put the piece.<\/p>\n It is not the first that the Cologne based designer reaches the spotlight. Back in 2010, at DMY Berlin, she uncovered Heimlicht, combining a huge modern lampshade with a table.
