Leaf Gilding. A traditional art used by the Covet Group’s Brands, Leaf Gilding is a decorative technique for applying a fine gold lead to solid surfaces, among them wood, stone or metal. A complex technique that takes a lot of work to master, you’ll have the chance to see it all work in a live showcase in the Summit!
Filigree. The place that is going to hold the LD&C Summit is Gondomar – The capital of filigree in Europe. A clear highlight of the whole event, you’ll be able to see how this pride and joy of the city is made by a live showcase that will promote the jewellery art form.
Azulejo. One of the most protected art forms in Portugal, Azulejo – tiles – is a clear sign of the Portuguese protects their craftsmanship heritage. A form of painted tin-glazed ceramic tilework, you’ll be able to see it in the building through the whole city of Porto.

One of the most classic arts in Portugal, this lace is produced by the successive crossing or interspersed of textile yarns, executed on the pike and with the aid of pins and bobbins. Sved by the Portuguese Government with the aid of several programs, the curious art of Lace of Bilros is alive and well.
Arraiolos Rugs or Tapestry. Inspired by the Persian carpets, Arraiolos rugs are traditionally made in a small town in Portugal, Arraiolos. With incredible patterns that are exclusively made in a traditional manner in embroidered woold, you’ll be able to have a peek at how these rugs are made during the Summit.
