The luxury and opulence of Nettleton 199 of SAOTA

This visually stunning space immersed in an atmosphere of calm and serenity

“The intent was to create a building that maximized the connection with the landscape and the sea, which would create a garden on the side of the mountain and would minimize the view of nearby buildings, ” says Greg Truen, SAOTA partner of the firm.
The Nettleton 199 is located on the right side of Lion’s Head and has a fantastic viewover the Atlantic Ocean.

The entrance hall is a very scenic vertical space that is a counterpoint to the spaces of the living area. The volume of this great area is modulated by the development of two-level floor and the floor of the bedroom that ‘floating’ in space and is suspended from the ceiling.
This element, which has a soft curve “s”, contains the master bedroom where theancillary spaces are separated by a series of Persian walnut.

The building has an area of ??great impact, scenic volumetrically and internally highly dynamic. The goal of interior designer Adam Court of Okha Interiors was to create an alternation between soft and intimate spaces without compromising the clean geometric lines. “These elements can co-exist harmoniously and support each other.”
Thanks to furnishings and finishes chosen, the interior has a character of comfort, naturalness and organic that give the house a general atmosphere of calm and serenity.
