The future proves to be each more online. Confident living is a great example of how it can turn in a successful business. Anni Påhlman tell us how it happened.
What is the concept of the store?
Confident Living offers the broadest product range within quality furniture & interior design in Northern Europe.
How the project came about and how it developed over time?
The company was founded by Anni Pahlman (CEO), her husband Bjorn Spenger (Marketing Director), and her brother Joakim Pahlman (Sales Director). Confident Living has since its launch in December 2012 grown very fast, and is today one of Sweden´s leading online retailers within furniture, lightning & interior design.
What were the trends that influenced you more over the years?
Vintage is currently one of the hottest trends in Sweden. We see clearly that brands such as Nordal or House Doctor sell very well. The reason is that these brands have a clear and distinct approach to this trend.
What did you find at Delightfull that made you represent it?
Delightfull Lamps have uniqe lamps that are contemporary. We really look forward to work with the brand.
Who is the kind of public who visit the store?
Confident Living has brands within the mid-range to high-end segment. The usual customer is a woman between 25 to 55 years.
What’s new / future projects?
We will expand to four new countries during 2014, and will work kard to make the sales process even easier for the consumers. We will also continue working with 3D-visualisation for furniture and lighting.
In which fairs we can find you next year?
We only show up at fairs as buyers. But we will open a new showroom during 2014 where you will be able to find the fantastic products from Delightfull Lamps!
