Poliform
Poliform and Varenna will create an edition of great interest and surely full of optimism, playing all its best cards at Imm, turning to more and more people looking at the Italian design of quality.
With a stand of more than 600 sqm Poliform will represent different types of living characterized by a warm taste, specially designed for the German market. This choice will be also visible in the finishes. In fact, the collection will be exposed in a frame full of sober and elegant details, typical of the Poliform mood. A few months from the appointment with the Milan Fair, the fair in Cologne represents for Poliform a very concrete meeting place to do business and an ideal occasion to talk with architects and customers all over Northern Europe.
Molteni
Molteni&C will be taking part in “Imm Cologne”, Northern Europe’s leading interior design tradeshow, scheduled to take place from 18 to 24 January 2016. The showcase project, by Vincent Van Duysen, develops over a 300 sq m exhibition space and reinforces the partnership between the Belgian designer and Molteni&C, after the presentation of his recent collection of Gliss Master wardrobes. The stand, with its characteristic opening onto a big central patio, plays on the transparency of large windows, expressing the concept of in and out, or in other words Nature brought into domestic spaces and vice-versa.
Sophisticated natural materials, such as glass, oxidized wood and raw metal, alternating with each other in light and dark shades on sandy and warm gray tones, with luminous blue touches, define four environments: the main night time area with Master wardrobes and a central island in the foreground, followed by a large living room and a dining area.
Scab Design
A subtle hint of Nordic rigour in the lines creates a winding and iconic silhouette in Smilla, designed by Arter & Citton. A special design for super-functional, which tells the elegance and sketch out a unique profile, added value donated by precious seat with variable thickness. Excellence takes form and matter: body and frame are made of the same finely polished wood, for a spontaneous and authentic contact with the nature. Smilla is presented in two colors, bleached beech and wenge beech, giving personality to domestic or contract environments.
