The Inside Festival is an annual design and architecture event where professionals can show the world what they have been doing. It is a place, not only to show, but also to connect and share ideas. This year it is going to take place in Germany, at the Arena Berlin, between November 16 and 18. This year the event is subordinated to the theme “Fluid Interiors” at its main goal is to explore how crossover design is changing our lives.

“The fluid nature of contemporary interiors, and the way that design can anticipate future uses provides the conference theme for this year’s Festival,” as the director of this program, Paul Finch, tells us. He also says that “In a world of constant change, the need for fresh approaches to exploiting the potential of building interiors presents a growing challenge, but also an opportunity for creative design.”

The place for this year edition was chosen because Berlin is a synonym of reinvention of the old also a reference for contemporary art. And the Arena is a good example of this. It was created in 1927 as a bus hall but nowadays hosts many cultural events.

Along with all the activities, there are also some awards attributed in this event for nine different categories where a highly qualified jury will distinguish the best interior design projects of the year.
