The London’s Surface Design Show has returned to the city! This year, the show will exhibit the latest materials in architecture and interior design at London’s Business Design Centre from 7 to 9 February 2017.

Opening the show, David Michon, former editor of Icon magazine, will debate the topic Good Design Is Narrative Design.

“2016 saw the show extending to the gallery level for the first time, creating the biggest and best show to date,” said event director Christopher Newton. “In 2017 visitors can expect even more exhibitors both international and from the UK.”

This year the show will have 3 areas, the Light School, the Stone Gallery and the Surface Spotlight Live.

The Stone Gallery reflects the rapidly growing stone market in the UK and the important relationship between stone and surface design.

Surface Spotlight Live is an opportunity for architects and designers to see the best of advanced materials in two different fields: hospitality and education.

The Light School, presented by The Light Collective and supported by the Institute of Lighting Professionals, will inform attendees on pioneering lighting design within architecture.
