Luxury Home in Copacabana Boasts Amazing Mid-Century Lighting Designs
Carnaval is a few days away and Rio de Janeiro surely has a lot to offer. Music, dancing, amazing weather… And in the middle of all these incredible things, there’s a luxury home right in Copacabana, which is also very deserving of our time, because it boasts the most incredible mid-century lighting designs you can think of!
Designed by Viterbo – an interior design brand based in Portugal, Angola and Singapore – this luxurious home facing Calçadão in Copacabana is pretty much a sanctuary for mid-century lighting, and you’re about to see why. Just keep scrolling…
Taking advantage of all the natural light that comes in through the big windows, this open living space comprises two of the rooms we tend to spend the most time in, our living and dining rooms. However, what really caught our eye were the mid-century floor lamps scattered across the room. In the photo below we can see Amy floor lamp, Ike floor lamp, and Evans floor lamp, all signed by DelightFULL.
In the back, near the window, we can also see a very famous mid-century piece: a Serge Mouille suspension lamp. It works great with the woodwork on the built-in shelf and the colored oversized carpet.
Finally, the master bedroom also has a few mid-century details, with a special focus on the Amy table lamps by DelightFULL, much like the ones in the living room.
