Dubai Hills
The design studio was picked design an interiors scheme for a new, highly-exclusive luxury residential scheme located on Dubai Hills.
The scheme featured an ultra-high-end contemporary style. The three-storey villa has a car park, cinema, spa, sauna, solarium, a master suite and five bedrooms complete the picture, along with a kitchen, dayroom and reception spaces. To achieve the contemporary look they wished, the studio used the Turner Table, from DelightFULL, a unique lamp with a mesmerizing art deco shape!
Portland House
The project involved the extension, conversion and refurbishment of Portland House: an existing, 28-storey office tower, in order to create a stunning and state-of-the-art residential scheme.
Luxury finishes and materials were combined with the latest technology to create one of London’s most desirable new residential addresses.
The Club House
The Clubhouse is a premium, membership-based business club, lounge and meeting space in Mayfair, which takes the co-working office market to a new level, by combining the relaxed luxury feel of a boutique hotel with the high-tech ancillary facilities of a state-of-the-art contemporary workspace.
Park Place
An elegant, new-build, unique black-fronted house in Mayfair’s Park Place. The building is a 21st-century interpretation of a traditional Mayfair home and includes a huge, double-storey contemporary oriel bay window at the first and second floor levels, partly-fronted by a delicate metalwork screen.
Once again the SHH Architects picked DelightFULL to complete the look of the project. In the dining room, you can find the Coltrane Suspension, a monumental design that will outstand time.
The Mill, Ricoh Arena
The Ricoh Arena based in Coventry is a world-class destination with a mix of state-of-the-art conference, training, banqueting, exhibition, hotel, music and sports facilities.
The team conceived the concept of The Mill to support the bakery and brasserie allowing a broader narrative for materials, FF&E, imagery, uniforms, and colors in all aspect of the arena’s F&B offer.
