All around Europe you can find great rooftops where you can relax after an intense day of work, catch up with your friends or just enjoy the sunset by yourself. All of these are good excuses to visit one of the following places.

In London, you can’t miss the Coq D’argent. Situated in the commercial heart of London, next to the Bank of England, the Royal Exchange and Mansion House. It is an oasis of calm, a rooftop garden complete with lawns and ornamental box hedges.

The Glasshouse, in Edinburg, offers a shady, lavender-scented haven away from the hustle of the streets below. There is an immaculate lawn, edged with tables where you can eat or just have drinks and watch the sunset over Calton Hill.
