With a classic style and a beachfront location, this home is a winner. Like its owner, Taylor Swift makes great music and with her latest record becoming the best selling album, it’s no wonder that she is able to afford such a great house, like this one.

Justin Timberlake paid just over $1.3 million for a home in southwest Orlando, Florida. He would go on to sell the four bedroom, five bathroom, 4,786 sq. ft. home in March of 2006 for $2 million. The home also has a boat dock and a putting green.

The new family of five snagged a palatial estate called La Villa Contenta on the exclusive Malibu coastline for a cool $400,000 a month. This mansion has ten bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and six acres of land. Originally on sale for $54.5 million, the estate will serve as the family’s temporary residence while they continue to search for a more permanent Los Angeles home.

This stunning 10,000-square-foot home, known as the “The Villla,” was built in 1930 and sits on just under 17 acres with breathtaking views over the Pacific and surrounding mountains. Will Smith and his family live in a 25,000-square-foot mega mansion in Calabasas, Los Angeles. This mansion is an absolute dream, has been designed by Stephen Samuelson, it started construction in 2003 and took 7 years to build. The adobe-styled interior is all custom designed, with rooms connecting to each other in a sweeping, fluent living area. The house features many interesting unique features, such as a meditation lounge and a recording studio. The large garage fits eight cars. The grounds feature recreational activities such as a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, a large swimming pool, and a sunken trampoline.
TYRA BANKS
Tyra Banks, the TV-host bought this mansion in 2004 for about $3.1 million. Built in 1926, the home features a gym, relaxing pool area, an outdoor kitchen station, and a firepit. What’s interesting is that the decor and interior feel slightly traditional and quaint, which comes as a surprise given Tyra’s fun and quirky personality.

We can assume the “support” in this space includes, his screening room, wine cellar, library, spa, walk-in humidor, etc. Outside he has a classy tree-lined court for his cars, huge circular terrace, and cliff-side swimming pool.

The Tv Star just paid $14 million for this amazing high-tech “treehouse” that sits on over 3 acres in the Telluride mountains. She bought it from tech mogul Bob Wall, who spent 5 years designing and building the ski retreat in Colorado and gave it all kinds of cool and unusual features. The TV-Host has so many houses, that we can’t choose our favorite because all are Incredibles. This particular home features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool, plenty of space to garden and a filled fish pond. The property is equipped with everything a modern equestrian could need.
