In the German capital city and really close to the Kurfürstendamm some interesting places can be found as is the case of this loft in the center of Berlin that we are about to show you. We believe that anyone could find happiness here.
In a picturesque little street, quite near the famous Ku-Damm, you can find this 320 square meter loft with 3 terraces that offer you amazing views over Berlin.
In order to make this penthouse an even more pleasant place to live in, Santiago Brotons Design developed an interior design project that transformed it into a unique place where anyone would like to stay.
With the help of well-known furniture and material brands which brought really nice pieces for this project, and the main goal here was to use the most natural materials possible such as leather and steel, as well as soft fabrics to lighten it up.
The pieces of art that you can find around this loft is created by Isabella Trimmel and many of her pieces have a visual effect that change depending on how the light hits it, something very suitable for this flat with its many windows.
During the day, when the sun changes its position, each piece will look different. Most of the art is placed on the floor because of its size but that gives a New York look to the apartment, together with the exposed brick walls.
Every little detail was thought carefully and that makes this place just perfect.
