Focusing on high-end residential and commercial design projects, KSD offers all you can probably expect. From plan studies to coordination and on-site construction, all the elements to achieve greatness are being cooked in here! With offices in Munich, Hamburg, and Vienna, every single project stands out for its beauty, grace, and elegance.
Presented here is Cottage Sylt with its unique blue tones that reinforce that it is indeed time to relax. A lovely cottage that has a subtle yet amazing colour scheme the interiors just scream a subtle way of living with sea tones in the mixture. With an accurate eye for detail, pillows, textures and colours were all thought out to prove that a home is a place to enjoy.
Nestled in an idyllic place, the Northern Country House proves that simple, natural places can fit just right into any design project. According to KSD this ideal home is located just like one of our dream houses – near a small pond. Cosy, quiet and interesting, just like the place where it’s settled, the industrial style makes an appearance in the small details, presented in the form of leather and wood.
This loft conversion was brought alive with some rustic tones in mind. With wooden walls and leather handles, this loft has all the industrial elements that can make a home simple and elegant. With some quite urban highlights, the vintage taste is present as well with an antique cabinet and the very best feature of the home – the grand piano.
Although the residential design projects are the main focus, you can find touches of Kiki Schroeder Design in hospitality design projects as well. Case in point, Hafen Klub. With a new design ideal, the Nordic, maritime look just stands like it was meant to be all along.
