Maybe you never heard about it but horticultural artists of the world. Don’t search anymore, the unique blog is going to show you the most unbelievable plant sculptures! These ones that we are showing you were present in an international mosaic culture competition Mosaïcultures Internationales de Montréal, held in Canada in 2013. They showcased their works there. As the official website of the event informed, mosaic culture “is a refined horticultural art that involves creating and mounting living artworks made primarily from plants with (generally annuals, and occasionally perennials). 22 000 works were showcased in 10 exhibition greenhouses and 30 themed gardens.
We know these works goes really back in time, but these sculptures are so unbelievably beautiful that you have to check them out!

Mosaiculture is a multifaceted discipline, drawing on a range of craftsmanship and knowledge — sculpture for the framework, painting for chroma, and ecology, for the understanding of the maintenance of the floral medium. this year’s event challenged the artists around the theme ‘land of hope’ as it reflects their own culture, drawing influences from icons of peace and promise for an environmentally sound world.
