If you’re visiting Oslo, or even just passing by, there’s a mandatory stop you have to make! It’s called Christiania Teater and it’s a very luxurious mid-century restaurant filled with only the best lighting designs you can imagine.

A project by interior designer Anemone Wille Våge, Christiania Teater is the embodiment of everything the designer and her firm believe. Their focus is “both on private and commercial projects. Anemone has created a characteristic style as well as an aesthetic synonymous with sophistication, luxury and grace.” And what you’re about to see is nothing other than a reflection of the designer’s values.

The restaurant is filled with a jazzy vibe, accentuated by the unique lighting designs found across the space. Right in the lobby, we can see a mid-century table lamp by DelightFULL, Turner table. In fact, you can see it in the photo above on the far left. A beautiful piece that gets you right in the mood. Another great piece is Botti suspension lamp, which embodies all the details of wind instruments and takes us into a music concert.
Dimmed light and classic, luxurious Art Deco pieces fill the rooms of this beautiful restaurant. Coltrane wall sconces by DelightFULL do the rest.
Red is the center of attentions in a more private area of the restaurant. The golden details win everything and look absolutely perfect. Our favorite elements? Brubeck wall lamps by DelightFULL.
