Thinking that bold and strong colors are only right for the Winter couldn’t be more of a misconception. More, and more, people are willing to try new things and break ancient and outdated concepts. And for this year Spring color report, Pantone presented us with a strong color palette that featured the most amazing Lapis Blue. So, not your typical Spring/Summer color… However, it can look absolutely stunning in your Summer home when used right.

White and blue are a timeless mix and, as you can see for this living room design, stronger colors such as Lapis Blue go extremely well with a few lighter colors, creating a high-class atmosphere. Of course, the flowers and the white sofa help to emphasize the lightness of the decor.
Not quite the same shade as above, these almost navy blue cushions are a perfect match for this scandinavian interior design. Always lovely, and always fresh.
You can go bolder, and have your window cases done in a strong blue shade. We love the statement and it looks gorgeous!
For your outdoor area, think simple. A few white woven chairs, and a nice Lapis Blue hammock. What more could you want in life, right?
