Today it’s a Unique Mondays, so let’s find out our 10 favorite Fashion Collaborations. Here we are to show you that Monday isn’t so bad at all and to show you the beauty in the world: so today I’am here to talk to you about fashion.

1. Stone Island x Supreme
Stone Island and Supreme teamed up in October to create a sell-out line of technical sports jackets, 5 panel hats and monochrome-matching separates. Founded in 1982, Stone Island has seen sales soar recently, most likely though clever pairings with contemporary brands. Even Drake was spotted donning some of the collab’s threads this year.

2. Comme des Garçons x Disney
If you haven’t had enough of hearing Let It Go at every damn waking moment, then this one’s probably for you. Teaming up with Disney’s Frozen, Rei Kawakubo, who’s always had her finger firmly on the pulse of pop culture, has produced a line of scarves, shirts, bags and even the odd homeware accessory just in time for the winter season. Get down to Dover Street Market to grab yourself a slice of the action, or just to marvel at the Disney inspired windows.

3. Riccardo Tisci x Nike
If the Givenchy designer hadn’t been in the headlines enough this year following his creation of the hotly anticipated Kim Kardashian wedding dress, the Italian fashion designer jumped on board with sports-power house Nike to redesign the classic Air Force 1 sneaker. Throughout the year, a selection of varying colourways dropped, from Aztec oranges and browns, to the most recent vanchetta-tan. The shoes are an excellent exercise in marrying two deeply desirable households names. Dollar signs all round.

4. adidas Originals x Mary Katrantzou
For those of you packing up the inaugural running routines this winter as the nights get darker, think again. Mary Katrantzou’s iconic coloured pattern work has found its way onto running gear thanks to the brains over at adidas Originals. With a 28 piece strong collection, these garments have reimagined drab sportswear which will have the fashion-savvy sprinting all the way back to the gym. What’s more, dresses, cardigans and separates mean it’s a look that you can sport even outside of the changing rooms.

5. Alexander Wang x H&M
Whilst not all of us flew up to London’s Oxford Street to set up camp, in the hope of getting a giant ‘Wang’ across our chest, H&M’s latest designer collaboration broke records this year as the fastest selling team-up that the Swedish owned high street store had participated in. Frantic shoppers were hitting F5 on the store’s online website for hours (which coincidentally crashed within minutes of the first release), and stores saw a frantic battle as customers fought to grab an affordable piece from the Balenciaga-based designer. We’ll wait with bated breath to find out the next creative who will be braving the masses.

6. Simone Rocha x J Brand
With the new way of wearing denim being the top of everyone’s trend list this year (think Marques’Almeida) it was interesting to see one of London Fashion Week’s favourite Simone Rocha produce a collection with Los Angeles denim-label J Brand. With softer frills replacing distressed denim, Rocha’s designs were a more delicate offering in line with her mainline work, in pinks, reds and black hues – offering an innovative approach to slouchy work-wear.

7. Hood By Air x Off White
Arguably two of the most talked about design labels of 2014, and to have emerged in the last year, Hood By Air’s Shayne Oliver and Off White’s Virgil Abloh are the perfect dream team for Generation X. With the likes of Kanye West and A$AP Rocky amongst its fan base, when news broke of the unlikely pairing, 4 of the 10 trending topics on twitter were taken over. But it wasn’t the streets that played backdrop to the collection. Instead, the designers worked with photographer Kevin Amato to produce the Cozy collection, a series of lounge and bed wear that might feel a tad out of place amongst the streets of New York and London.

8. Topshop x Kate Moss
Which Kate are you?” asked Topshop this April to its hoards of adoring fans. Cocktail hour Kate? Balearic dressing Kate? Pyjama dressing Kate? It seemed like every base had been firmly covered by Sir Philip in Kate’s second outing for the mighty high-street store. With a campaign shot by Nick Knight, it was impossible to miss the gigantic billboards of Croydon-born Moss, paraded around on the side of London’s red buses. With pieces still appearing on auction site EBay today, this collaboration certainly raked in the pounds for all involved.

9. Gosha Rubchinskiy x Vans
Leading the way for a generation of new designers pouring out of Russia, Gosha Rubchinsky is yet to become a household name in the world of fashion, but that’s kind of the point. His understated designs have merged the boundaries between art and fashion, creativity and commerce and presented a fresh vision for fashion’s future. Teaming up with skate giant VANS (whom were also rather busy launching House of VANS earlier this year), Gosha produced a minimalistic black lace up with reflective detailing in collaboration with Comme des Garçons.

10. Kiko Kostadinov x Stussy
For the second time, following an invitation from stylist Stephen Mann for Clash magazine, Central Saint Martin’s student Kiko Kostadinov teamed up with Stussy to re-work their classic tees and jumpers. Inspired by the artworks of Richard Serra and Lawrence Weiner, Kiko ripped up the rulebook, and also a selection of Stussy branded goods, patching them together in a reimagining of some of the brands classic pieces. Only available for a limited time online, the collection sold out in a matter of minutes, with many people still trawling the Internet to try and find one of the exclusive pieces.
